Day 1 Chris Christie mains rise up. Hoping that Chris Christie's biggest strength is his ability to hammer down candidates in debates with charismatic and intelligent speaking skills, while being able to give Trump a run for his money. Who are y'all gonna play?

So from what I'm reading, it looks like the upcoming game roster is going to look something like this. I wonder if all the candidates from 2020 are returning, because with primaries being a big feature, it would only make sense to get as much variety as possible. **Confirmed Candidates:** Donald Trump (homestate is listed as NY, but last game it was FL) Joe Biden Sarah Palin Bernie Sanders Amy Klobuchar Ronald Reagan (me

A reference for how busted smear merchants sometimes are (and states going from 55% to 45% abruptly). State glitched to the point that even removing them kept its jacked up ratings, this would sometimes happen in political machine 2012, where you could stack a massive amount of smear operatives and put them in a state to permanently anchor them to one side regar

Played a couple rounds of the game, here are my thoughts. Candidate selection - pretty nice I guess, I didn't expect a large rostor. The fact we got the senator from Nevada was a big surprise, and Amy Klobuchar actually in the game too. Looking at the game files it seems like there could be a lot more fun candidates on their way - which is really nice, but I really wish these candidates were balanced against custom candidates, or just give custom candidates more points to spend so the

The new ideology system is really great. Now (like real elections) candidates actually get to define the central 'themes' of the campaign, unlike the previous versions, where you were at the behest of whatever top national issues there were, and of course the Nationalism ideology was somehow always in the books for cheating ai opponents lol (that they would always campaign on, republican or democrat). Hopefully stamina won't be a complete make or break in this game like it was in the

In political machine 2016, there were liberal, moderate, conservative values alongside republican, independent, and democratic values, however some of this didn't really work out so well as intended (like kentucky & oklahoma still being a hyper partisan pro-democratic states in every iteration of political machine, and a notable gripe among steam commenters) so will the conservative, liberal leanings be kept entirely? And will there be more realism on part of the game, that way you don't
