Okay....I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, or getting the wrong starting tech to have the better capital. Anyone know of all the differences between custom races and regular races...i.e. how many points they get for technology, attributes, etc.
Anyone care to comment here? Is this a known limitation of custom races?
New player question here: When I'm starting out, I notice that my first planet has an initial colony structure, however, I could have sworn that I started one game and had a colony structure that required no maintenance. Am I just crazy, do all planets (including your homeworld) start with an initial colony structure (13 bc maintenance)? Or do some start with a better colony structure? Thanks. edit: It seems it is only custom
