Hello there! I've discovered a bug with the Warforged Foundry. It seems like the extra xp from structure levels overrides the base provided xp instead of adding to it. For example, a level 2 Warforged Foundry provides newly built ships with 2 xp instead of the 5+2 xp that it should have. When I leveled it up to a level 4 Warforged Foundry, my ships started with 4 xp instead of 5+4 xp. Thanks!

It's quite possible that it would be a balance issue, but here is how I see it. As it stands, Fertile just gives more bonuses to non-synthetic races than organic ones. If it would be a problem for the ability to treat them in similar ways, that strikes me as a more fundamental balance problem with synthetic and non-synthetic, rather than something that has to do with Fertile. And yes, you are correct that Fertile is a Mimot ability, and can be chosen for custom races (which I play alm

Hello! I have a suggestion for the Fertile Race Ability. Normally what it does (among other things) is increase pop growth rate by 25%. But obviously synthetic pops don't have a natural growth rate, so they don't benefit from that aspect. My suggestion is that synthetic pops receive a 25% discount (or less if it turns out to be a balance issue) on the cost of building pops. That way, even synthetic pops can benefit from the spirit of this ability; namely, faster accumulation of pops.

Hi! I noticed an unusual behavior earlier that I image is a bug. It seems that when you make a custom civilization using the Yor population, the "This planet is full of life" approval penalty on your home planet is determined by which solar system you picked to start in rather than what type of planet you chose. Just wanted to put that out there so that it can be fixed, assuming that it is an unintended behavior.

Hello. I've been trying to find the Hyperion improvements in GalCiv IV, but I can't seem to locate them at all. I've picked the Resilient trait, which says it provides access to Hyperion improvements, but I don't see them anywhere. Am I just overlooking them somewhere, or are they missing? Thanks!

I've figured out what's causing it I think. Those three parts aren't actually parts. They are custom parts in the game by default. Each one is made up of multiple basic parts. I found out totally by accident. You can't ungroup the parts normally, but if you make a new group including one of those three (but not as the base part), and then click to ungroup them, it will separate those parts into their components. Interestingly, the icon won't change, but each component will be individually sel

That's exactly what I did. I attached the rightmost part, the 'Interceptor Drone Part' to the starter block as my first part and then built the rest of the ship off of that, no mirroring or anything. But the game doesn't seem to like having any of those three parts as the base of a group or custom part. It works if those parts are in the group but not the first part, but if they are the first part, it fails to group successfully.

Ok, I've found the issue. For some reason, it seems like if you use an 'Assault Fighter Part' 'Guardian Drone Part' or 'Interceptor Drone Part' as the first part, it won't work. These parts can be attached to a different first part without issue, but if they are used as the first part, the grouping will fail. I'm guessing it's some kind of bug?

Hey, I'm having an issue where grouping parts in the ship designer and making new parts out of collections of old ones don't seem to be working for me. For the grouping, I select multiple parts and then click the group button, but nothing seems to happen. The parts don't seem to be meaningfully grouped in any way. As far as the custom parts go, I select the parts and then click the button to save it. A dialogue pops up for me to name it, but after I do, I can't seem to find th
