Folder Portal in foreground in Groupy Stardock Forums

I'm loving Groupy I was wondering if there is there any way to have a folder portal that will slide out in-front of all windows not behind all other windows? I have setup a folder portal for a folder that I access the majority of the time. I have set it to be rolled-up but when I hover over it the folder portal will expand, but it's behind all my windows. Is there any way this can be set so that it will expand on-top or the foreground of all windows so I can see the files without having to mi
