Update. After much testing and tweeking, I think I have it to a place I really like. I have yet the Start Menu to do and have some ideas on that. Everything is drawn with a Commodore 64 16 color palette (except the CPU on the desktop wallpaper, I decided to leave that 32bit). I've been using Seamonkey (Mozilla / Netscape Communicator fork) for about a year now without incident. IE / Edge should only be used to go download a real browser. I am personally boycotting Google for their invasive tracking. :)

re: Firefox There are many applications that draw their own caption bars. Basically they create a borderless form without a non-client area and fake their own non-client area in the normal client area of the form. This is standard practice these days for developers who want to add functionality to the caption bar of a program but don't want to muck about with all the WM_NCPAINT stuff. Just sayin'

I was so psyched to see this has finally been released. Since Windows 10 did a ninja upgrade on my Windows 7 system, I have been really bummed and have been looking forward to this to come out for Win10. I even went so far as to start writing my own custom controls in .NET to use in my own apps to get away from the ugly Win10 UI. But.. same issues here. Taskbar on second monitor jumps and flickers as if it on sure what size it should be. Also text on main screen task bar keeps swap
