A 'sleep' command for starships and terror stars (do not reactivate until the player commands it). Sometimes I don't want to have my sensor drone sitting on a starbase woken up every turn during a war, and it's somewhat obnoxious to have to tab through every terror star just to find those lost constructors on gigantic maps.

Removing buildings near the end of a long queue (that's a mighty odd word to type) does not remove said building, instead removing a building higher on the list. A minor bug, but they exist to be squished, no? (Unless, of course you're an entomologist.) (Using 1.03A)

Yet another suggestion: 1. Less aggressive ship commands on the detail screen: The last click of a double click on a ship activates on the ship detail screen, often issuing inadvertant ship commands (if the mouse cursor happens to be in the left screen region), causing said vehicle to lose its turn (and often making it quite obnoxious to un-GUARD vessels on the left edge of the galaxy). Commands like sentry, guard, etc. should be executed when clicking DONE on the ship

If your problem is similar to mine, these events ALWAYS occurred immediately after having used a terror star (ie any save game in which I had used a terror star then caused a CTD when loaded). I managed to fix this via a codec update (http://www.stardock.com/files/ms_mp3codec.exe). The crash this supposedly deals with seems totally unrelated (as referenced in the GalCiv support FAQ) and I saw no reason why this should
