Bought Start 10 - Not working!!! in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I bought start 10 and I tried to register it via reg key and email and also with email and password. None of them work as I keep getting useless error code 212. I also tried to do the trail version but no no why should that work? same shitty error 212 again.
