I don't know what GC2EU is. I originally bought GC2ToA with Stardock, and I updated it using Impulse.
I'm also having the same error where GCII ToA version 2.0 will crash after choosing starting parameters but before starting a new game. I'm using Vista 64 and I have a GeForce 8800 and 4GB of RAM.
