I'm having a rough time dragging a shortcut that I managed to get into one of the menus, to another menu, especially if that menu or group has 2 tabs. It is not easy, but I got the shortcut into one of the tabs, but not the one I wanted. When I try to drag it to another tab in the same menu/group, it doesn't work. Is there an under-the-hood way to do this? I right clicked and can move the shortcut to another page, but dragging and dropping it somewhere is a real pain, and doesn't seem

First, Windows 11 pro got upgraded this morning to the latest. This morning I created a new program and new install. I did my install as normal (nothing really changed). It creates an icon for the main program as usual. It also creates a folder for my other programs (Digital Wrench). When I went to the D's and I saw my icon, but when I clicked on the Digital Wrench Folder, there were places where my shortcuts should have been, but the didn't work and didn't show the icons. At
