Appreciate the assistance. Your second post was helpful in that you noted there were two 'Menu Item' sections to change. I was able to eliminate the 'fuzziness' of the 'disabled' menu item by going to Edit Controls -> Edit menus and Menubars ->Menu Item (first 'Menu Item' on left pane) -> Extra Settings Tab (at bottom of window) and enable 3D Effect for Menu Items. Seems to me it should be the opposite to re

Appreciate the quick response and assistance. I navigated to Edit Controls -> Edit menus and Menubars -> Background and was able to successfully modify the image, however, when I modify the 'Disabled' Menu Item text, nothing is changed. Please see attachments. Not sure what item needs to be modified to change the menu item text color to something without the 'shadow' affect. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/58/1/5801577/f8b76249-abdd-447

The round menu 'cluster' as you called it, is where the SkinStudio is invoked. I've poked around quite a bit in this version and don't really recall seeing the 'Settings' menu you refer to. And, I'm not even sure I can upgrade to WindowBlinds 10 using Windows 7 Pro. :-( ------------

I'm using WindowBlinds V8.09, 64 bit Windows 7. I don't see the menu selection you reference on the left side. I've attached a screen shot of the window that is displayed when double clicking the WindowBlinds icon in system tray. ------------

Appreciate the quick response. I open 'SkinStudio' 8.0 to edit the skin and I don't see 'Settings' on the left to select the 'Use the taskbar and startmenu from current style'. Is SkinStudio the same thing as what you referenced, i.e., 'WBConfig'? ------------

I currently use a skin in WindowBlinds that has a taskbar I particularly like. How can that image be copied and used in another skin? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Do the same for the Bottom bar. Then go to the Left hand side area, Programs list, and add 20 to those areas for it also, and do the same for the All programs, Background imag

It is Windows 7 compatible. If changes are required, that's cool. That's why I posted the question - so I can make changes to the skin. ------------

Appreciate the quick reply, however, making these changes as you described didn't do anything - even after saving and applying skin. I also do not understand your instruction on widening the start menu skin. I've widened the actual image for the start menu, however, like the modification above - no change. Unable to determine where to make some, what should be, simple changes to a skin in Skin Studio. I would like to change the color of selection bar when hovering over items under the Start Menu --> All Programs. I would also like to widen the display area of the Start Menu/All Programs area. What is the procedure for doing this? Any assistance would be appreciated. I've attached a link to a screen shot that notates what I would lik
