winstyles-overlapping in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

With some of the skins i get this overlap. For example when i click start, all programs i have to run my cursor over the start menu to reveal the programs. Its almost like im using an eraser. Also sometimes when i close or minimize a window some of the window remains. Does anyone know how to eliminate this? Thanks. Any help is much appreciated.

Ive applied a winstyle to my laptop and all of my programs seem fine except one. It is an electrical estimating program call ICE 2000. The tool bars at the top of my screen are not there. There is just a gap between the main toolbar (file,edit,tools,window,help) and the body of the program. I am missing toolbars necessary to use the program properly. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks for your help.
