Skinning the Command Prompt in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know if there is a program that can skin the command prompt or change the background of it? Sort of like how on Linux using KDE you can have the background of the shell terminal be transluncent and be able to see your wallpaper on the prompt. Thanks!
