Another way is to press CTRL+'New Object' to have the older plugins available. The trashbin one should be in the dropdown then.

As for the trashbin : A quick way would be to save the trashbin from the theme You loaded as an object,import it into Your own theme and change the bitmaps.

Hmm, strange... This is the second post I read in a while with this .exe problem when downloading... The first one was about a dxpack. Not sure what causes this. Maybe a wrong set "SaveAs" parameter ?

Choose "Windows default icons" or any Iconpackage You have in IP. Drag and Drop Your new icons to the fitting item-icon and category from explorer (another way is to click "Change" for each and every icon), "Save package as", "Apply" and there You go.
