Photoshop already takes an eternity to startup. (look it take about 11second to startup CS3 trial) What if I just want to view a singe picture... I have to wait that long everytime... and now, as I know Adobe, they will jack up the price, and make it even slower.
I used a Mac... I fell a like a complete retard. You can't even maximize windows. And when you actually want to do something, it's a game of chess, where you have to fool the OS, to do what you want. ANY OS, is better then Mac OS. Mac OS has potential, but like Linux on desktop, it has a LONG LONG LONG way to go. (Linux is closer to the goal then Mac OS X) I would guess that our dear old friend was paid by Apple to say their product is good.
Ah, I read many places... "why upgrade when you know in 2 years a new OS will be out". Well, after 2 years (which i beleive will be MORE then 2 years, maybe 3-4), you still know an other new OS will be out also after 2 years, and still not upgrade. In other words you will never upgrade. For Mac OS, isn't it every ~6 months to 1 year?! I would like to add this too: For those that say, they will switch to Linux. Well, I tried Linux last year. Sorry for my English. As a computer enthusiast, with many years of experience, I can say that Vista (not Ultimate of Basic edition) is worth buying. If you have a new gaming PC, believe me installing XP is HEEEEELLLLLLLL... XP Sp1 official genuine, (I know you can upgrade with Windows update, I'm talking here about the SETUP) - Doesn't like SATA HDD's - Hmmm dual core?!?! it sees my Intel Core 2 Duo and AMD Athlon 64 X2 as a single 800Mhz CPU - PCI-Express Ethernet card: everything (including windows updates) are successful once every 5 times. Oh to bad for Internet exploer.. it had it's chance! More and more programs are using mozilla Active X control. And more and more user are swich with 1000X better web browser then IE, like Opera, Mozilla, and Mozilla Firefox! If you still live in a cave and use IE, it's time to get out of that cave.

Basiclly they took win XP, then they appered in front of you the "hidden" options of win XP and 2000, and they made so you can have accual 3D stuff on the desktop!
