Default Windows 8 Skin Template in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I am new to making my own skins. Is there a default Win8 skin (i.e. looks as if you don't have windowblinds running) I can use as a template to modify starting from there, or is that a copyright no-no? I wouldn't necessarily plan on sharing the skin unless i end up modifying it a lot.

I am also eager to see at a glimpse of windowblinds for win8. I'm willing to test as well. I'm sure it will come in time, but just thought I'd chime in. I haven't used windowblinds since either win98 or maybe XP. Microsoft has sent me back! What mainly interests me is being able to have charcoal grey windows and read the title bars. (white title bar text, or something) Also, I am wondering if transparency can more easily be done without the "blur." I can&

I had the trial 1.02 and bought 1.03. You really have a great thing here! I noticed the uninstaller for 1.02 said to "close start8" before uninstalling, but there isn't an obvious way to do that. I stopped the service, then killed the process, but the start8 menu still worked for some reason. anyway, the uninstall seemed to work, and I rebooted before installing 1.03. that method seems to work fine, although it may be true that people will want a more intuitive inst
