I can confirm that it is still present in CIS v6.1.276867.2813 I literally tried it about 12 hours ago and just happened to stumble on this thread while searching for information about the issue.

Same issue for me. Here are some settings I'm using: Windows 8 Pro (DreamSpark) w/ Media Center Pack All updates installed [Start8 v1.0] Windows 7 Style Default Theme 8 pinned items Using large icons Allocate room for at least 10 large icons Show recently used applications (checked) Let me know if more info is needed.

I'm using Chrome with several extensions including DNT (Do Not Track), and on the WinCustomize site it says it's blocking 4 things: Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Sharethis, and NetShelter. If you're okay with doing so, only allow Sharethis and you'll be able to post comments just fine. I went through and tried each one and Sharethis was the one that needed to be allowed. Hope this helps. EDIT - Just realized I kinda necroed a post, but oh wel
