deleted to anyone else having this problem: i resolved it by changing my region locale to the united states.

Hi, Just bought this game. When I launch through steam it asks me to register my stardock account. I assume it is the one I am posting with currently. When I input my email and password the window kind of freezes up. Then a circle gets filled (sometimes to full, and sometimes I never see the circle). Then APPCRASH and it gives me an error window saying that "an error has occurred while activating the product".
