er yeah sorry LionDemocrat is what I meant. IDK is I don't Know. Anyways I put the Federal Research issue in, started a game, fully upgraded the building you start with in your home state, and then viewed the issues of importance in the state. The Federal Research one showed up as one of the more important issues I believe. Not that I didn't copy over the file, but added the issue data below all the other ones.

Not to contribute to much to the Off topic posting, but I was able to get one of your issues in my game Lionhead. Adding them them under the other issues in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Political Machine 2012\Data\English\Scenarios\USAModern.PM2ScenarioXML seemed to work fine for me. Just make sure not to mess up the XML tags or IDK what will happen. I'm sure the tech support can help you out better than I can. Good luck a
