Reply to Mouse/Camera oversensitive in Technical Sins Forums

I had the same problem in Rebellion and I fixed it. for Win7: "user" Folder --> Documents --> My Games --> Ironclad Games --> Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion --> Settings open "rebellion.camera.setting" with the Editor and change "baseRotationSpeed" to 1 or something else and save the file
