Just wanna point out Rick Santorum's (as well as a few other Republican Candidates) platforms should of been updated to be in favor of "Chik-fi-let" as well as a few Democrats be against...
I managed to have an electoral tie in political machine 2008, and nothing happened. It winner just defaulted to the person who had the highest popular vote. Since the 2012 is the same thing as the 2008 edition except with less features, I am sure that nothing will happen in this edition either. So I was going through the "Strategic Map" and figured out a few ways an electoral tie (269-269) is possible, I tried to set it up so the computer would get 269 and so would I and that's hard enough so I gotta ask, any of you Stardock people who read this (or anyone whom this has happened to) what happens in the game-end screen in the event of an electoral tie?
I think personally the suspense from it is sufficient...however I'd like to see like a system where say there is a counter for popular vote then the state switches to the color of which ever candidate won the electoral votes...

Not that it was all that great the first time, in my opinion.
I think FDR was one of our best ever...also about the electoral college, it ensures states elect the president (states rights) but in order to change it we need a constitutional
I also wanna see probably an implementation of "Faithless" Electors, electors who do not follow the majority vote of the state (Pretty rare currently so I'd say make it eh 1 or max 3 every election (Still a big threat for advanced players who are running a close election... Also I think why not add "Foreign endorsements" which would be random based on what you're doing as in say "UK Prime Minister BLAH endorses the campaign of CANDIDATE to see as next US President" Als

Haven't even got to try multiplayer, I just created a game in hopes someone would join but hopefully it doesn't glitch for me... EDIT I just played most of a 41 turn game and I think it got froze at turn 30 and it went on and on until the other guy left for some reason (I was beating him with Santorum xD)
