This error is still not solved. I can login using a different connection, but multiplayer isn't responding at all. Can't login at all.

I am using Windows 7. Let's hope it works out. Also, in my understanding this is an error in the activator that is not properly caught, as described here on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa383770(v=vs.85).aspx MSDN.
