I have a question regarding preordering Rebellion from Steam. In my region (eastern Europe) preorder costs 19.99$ on steam. If I preorder there at that price will I be impaired in any way regarding available language options, updates or ability to participate in multi-player? Will English language be available to me? Will the version of the game differ depending on region?
