Mod/cheat to see whole map WITHOUT exploring? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Is there anyway to just see the whole map at start? I HATE exploring and the AI obviously can see habitable planets without exploring at the higher levels. GalCiv I had it right with being able to see habitable planets in the mini map with stellar cartography..
