Well I don't know what they do either in the game or in real life, but I would have to imagine in the case of an electoral tie it goes to whoever won the popular vote. I could be wrong though.
I'd have to agree here too. I'm still enjoying it, but it's kind of hard to deny that this is just the 2008 version with a 2012 skin. It's less the graphics for me and more that there are basically no gameplay changes. Yes it is! I've had major issues getting even a single game to finish. Someone always ends up getting disconnected somehow. Usually my game stutters to a halt and then crashes if I'm the client. Sometimes turns, money, and stamina just fail to count down when used up.
