how to apply anime downloaded icons folder in icon packager?? in IconPackager Tutorials WinCustomize Forums

someone tell me how to apply the icons file using iconspackager.. i downloaded anime folder.. and i want to apply it.. but nothings happen.. it stay with original looks..
