SOASE Registration Issue in Technical Sins Forums

So i use to play Sins(Original) 2 years ago and i had it registered under another account. i forgot the information of that old account and cannot transfer my registration to my current account on the support because i dont have my old information. I still have my serial number though. Because i dont have my old impulse account's information (Email, username, password Etc.) am i doomed to the original sins forever or is there another way?
