In the last version the bug with this tech was that it didnt affect newly accuired planets but only those you had under control when you got it (i reported that) And yes in this version. It do work as it should (on your side) but it does fill the whole galaxy with your culture near ANY captured planet
The pirate AI seems to focus on tradeships. So if you got trade ships there one defence platform can take a whole pirate fleet down. As they just skim around the system trying to catch those ships.
Hey. Nice going with the game so far. Really like what you are doing in this update. But i found one major bug/glitch that turns the Advent imperial to shame. The Tech that gives thier planets automatic culture spread do not affect new planets you take. only the ones you had when you took the research. This error makes the imperials less fun to play as its one of thier major advantages. Please correct it and ill bake you a muffin!
