It appears that you are using a 3rd party uninstall program. I get the same error message in my Ashampoo Uninstaller program if I don't opt to monitor the install of a program, ( which creates the install log). You can still uninstall the program manually either through the manual uninstall option of your Uninstaller or through the Windows Control Panel (Programs & Features) uninstall option. -- Ace --

Thanks everyone for your input. I don't know what is going on, but it now has finally decided to work right. I always do reduce the graphic quality of the screenshot to a .jpg format to reduce the weight and it has always worked fine for me in the past. This time it just did not want to cooperate until now. I'm having yet another Upload issue in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Once again I'm having problems submitting an upload. This time it concerns the size restraints of the preview image. I have submitted 3 uploads previously with the same size screen capture on all 3 with no problems, but now, as I try to submit the same size preview with the same number of icons, it forces me to shrink the image so tiny that it finally says the image is too small !! I just recently uploaded a new Icon collection but the preview image is not displaying. Never had this problem before. Does the image format ( .jpeg , .PNG etc.) make a difference? I like .jpeg simply because the file size lets me include more images in the preview. I'm scratching my head on this. I hate not knowing the things that I should know. WOW....love the screenshot of Redneck Dudes WB. I use this same WB almost exclusively, it's my all time favorite!! I even made some very cool Windows 7 style folders with wood grain texture to match the blind. The wallpaper in that screenshot of a dead leaf is interesting to say the least, and matches quite well, I need a copy of that.
