There should have never been a Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or now even 11! Windows 7 was perfect IMO!
I Absolutely Agree ... [e digicons][/e]
Yeah, no worries, old mate. Must admit, though, I have gone a bit soft in my old age.... in more ways than one. Won't go into the specifics, but I do have muscles that once got hard when I flexed 'em. Now I try to flex 'em and they go on strike. Then there was the time the doctor held onto my unmentionables and asked me to cough, Put it this way, I was just as surprised and perplexed as he was when there was

Well , as an icon developer, I would love to see Iconpackager updated to accommodate the newer operating systems. The icon developer portion of the software still uses the Windows XP template , it would sure be a lot more fun creating those packages using a more modern template that reflects the windows 11 format , and would probably display a lot more relevant icons. -- Ace --
I'm just gonna leave this here. I own a copy of Zorin OS Ultimate . I bought it about 2 years ago. I installed it on a fresh HDD and I really liked it alot. It is smooth and very snappy. But as I soon found out, it was a Bitch when it came to non-compatibility issues. Proper drivers are difficult to find and install , You can't install most Win32 programs and if you want to use any of Stardocks software ,
Both the machines I plan to use for Win 11 pass the current minimum requirements, but as I said earlier, I think MS will have to downgrade those in order to get as many PCs as possible to run 11. If they don't then users able to run it will fall far below MS' hopes for uptake..
That's exactly what I was thinking. Surely Microsoft isn't ignorant enough to think that millions of peopl

I'm actually very excited about this version. I had a bad gut feeling about all the versions after Win7 and my intuition proved me correct. But with this version , I'm getting some very positive vibes in my gut similar to what I got when Win7 was about to be launched. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope this will be the bees-knees , like Win7 was. -- Ace --
Some of these are skins that you had to buy. If you bought the original are you going to have to buy the new ones?
Good question. I bought Aero Midnight from Stardock back in the day, It's still in my downloads list at Stardock. -- Ace --

I got both vaccination shots back in March/April. Only side affect was in the second shot. I felt pain in my muscles as if I had worked out in the gym. After a couple days and some Tylenol , I was just fine. -- Ace -- PS - My vaccine was produced by Pfizer.

Yep , great idea , nothing can compare to having your products on your very own website. I hope you both do very well, you've worked so hard and you deserve to be successful. [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e] -- Ace --

You're free to have an opinion just like everyone else. You really haven't told us anything that we didn't already know. My everyday vehicle is a 1989 Dodge Dakota Pickup truck. It runs and rides as good as any "modern" vehicle. I prefer it over any "modern" vehicle. Why then, should I not just go back to using a wooden cart pulled by oxen , or a horse drawn carriage ? According to your logic , we should all conform to what YOU prefer rather t

I've decided that today is the day that I reclaim my happiness. Windows 10 has always felt like a suit that doesn't fit me properly , has always felt uncomfortable. Today I'm re-installing my beloved Windows 7 Ultimate. Like a well worn pair of Levi jeans , Win 7 has always brought me great comfort. I'm tired of Microsoft trying to force their will upon me , I'm done with that. Today I start doing things the way I want to do them. <span style="fo

The package builder in IconPackager 10 doesn't change many of the icons that it should. Personally , I just don't think it's compatible with Win.10 You can do what I do and use a free little application called - FileTypesMan v1.82 You can type that into Google Search to get to the website with lots of information as to how to use the app to quickly and easily replace any file icon on your PC.
