I did back up my data. I just can't put it back.

Do you know how hard it was to create the new issues and then having to re-install them? I am very unsatisfied. I feel this is very unprofessional.
Now I can't re-install my modifications of the issues. What's going on? Because you left a hole between the new game and the old game, it was all wiped out and I had to re-install everything, including my changes. Now my changes are wiped again.
I managed to re-install it and I am putting back my issue mods and creating new candidates , but I see that there is even a hole to TPM 2004 candidates WHICH I DON'T EVEN HAVE. I think that you should chec
Obama can win foreign policy endorsement because he has been tough on foreign policy. Also, in real world, candidates can move to the center.
Now, I de-installed everything including steam. When I try to reinstall, it says that the program files x86 \steam\ still exists, even though I removed it and I have to find another folder.
There is absolutely squat of 2012 left.
I was doing nothing. I turned on the political machine 2008 to see the new russ feingold and bobby jindal characters there. I ended up seeing all of my 2012 characters there. my 2012 is blank...........
I knew that mods weren't supported but the game developers had no business leaving a hole between the two games. If the second game was an expansion pack, then they could be connected. But they are supposed to be separate. The whole thing is wiped, including all of the games I played. Did you even test to see if there was such a glitch?
It appears that you guys left a hole that connects Political Machine 2012 to Political Machine 2008. Somehow this hole got activated and it wiped out everything from political machine 2012 that I created. The candidates, the candidates modifications, maybe even the issue mods. Everything is scrap. And what is worst is that the new game merged into the old game. The whole thing is kaput. I didn't do anything that would have brought this about. I am
pick a candidate with high stamina so that you can upgrade your outreach center as soon as you build it. Keep building outreach centers until you get all the endorsements you want. Make sure you have money to do this.

Hi. I don't want to risk PM2012 because computers and I have a bad relationship at times. Even with a back up file, its too complicated for me and the computer. However, I would like it to go into Political Machine 2008. How much does it cost?
Thanks. Where, when and how did you find the time to be so skilled with computers when you are a politics and law student?
thanks
[quote who="redarrow141" reply="3" id="3209668"]but imho the number of available endorsements is the best for balance, the more endorsements there are, the less they matter if that makes sense; because they wouldn't be worth as much.[/quote] What does the word "imho" mean? If you have time I would appreciate a hack so I could add two more endorsements -one for the GOP and for the Democrats. Thanks
where can we get the mod?
Once you collected the Democratic endorsements, try to get at least one Republican endorsement so you can appeal to the center. After you are done with endorsements, demolish outreach centers to recoup some money and build new election/consulting headquarters and you get extra headquarter operatives.
When you create a custom candidate, you can maximize their stats. Go to modding forum and look for Redarrow's instructions.
what do you mean by a hack? Thanks for replying and keep me posted. [e digicons][/e]
see Redarrows instructions
You should correct the statistics for Oklahoma and a couple of other states that tend to turn Blue [like West Virginia] even when I [Democrat] don't make any attempts to win them. Have you seen the results of their recent primaries? The Conservative Democrats voting against Obama in those states are even more conservative than the most right wing of Republicans! Also, I think that , whilst the game is good, it takes away from the excitement when you can't move y
there is an xmlfile to add additional issues. go to political machine 2012 file, go to data, go to USA file or main maps, go to main issues.
Hi guys. I attempted to add an additional endorser [Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence] but the system crashed. When I attempted to play the game and clicked on the special interests tab, a label saying error popped up and switched the game off. Fortunately, I managed to restore the game to what it was previously, but I still want to know if we could add endorsers. We could modify customized candidates and we can add policies to the platform, why can't we add endorsers? <
Worked it all out thanks.
