I have installed and activated Start11 on Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.2033). Going to my Stardock Account->Downloads page does not show this program listed, nor does the Order History page. It's as though I don't own the program. I installed it on January 1, 2025. I need that beta version for the vertical Taskbar. That's why I bought it in the first place. Thank you

I have researched the tech for Battleships over the course of several game restarts and I never get the option to build the bigger ships. Is there another tech I need to research? What am I missing? I have tried the Ship Designer, too, and the option is not available there either. TIA, Richard
What is the best way to get Prestige?
Best way to get Culture during early game? Thanks
I just started a new Terran game and things all around seem to be working much better than previous versions. Thank you for adding the grid options. They make a huge difference.
The notifications have never worked properly. They are haphazard at best.
I only knew about the beneficial diplomacy boosts with other Pragmatic Civs. If there are a lot of those Civs in your galaxy, it can really swing things in your direction. I don't remember seeing any mention of an increase in ideology points. Here's a list from the Wiki ( https://wiki.galciv.com/index.php?title=Governments_and_Commonwealths ): Pragmatism +50% Pragmatic Diplomacy

After many months, I still can't log in to the GC4 forum. It is hit and miss. All that happens when I click these links is that the screen will flash momentarily. I am never brought to a login screen. <p
I use rally points for this. I use them for marking areas where I know there's a pirate or monster base rather than good planets, but they can serve as markers for anything. It should be easier to set them though, IMHO. Currently you have to select a shipyard, click on its rally point icon, then select "Create a new rally point" and then click on where you want it.
Doesn't that make the ships produced the
Hi Richard, I see no reason why the Yor should be considered evil and have tried instead playing them as "Benevolent". The basic problem with them in the opening is getting enough population and while they can't build Tyron's destiny after researching planetology (which gives a colony ship with 5 pop) if you choose Benevolent then the first three ideologies on the top line are extremely helpful. The first give
Text Wrap problem: The second "of" is redundant. "Adversities"? I'm not sure how that fits here. Thank you
I find the sector map view where we spend 90+% percent of our time really awkward unless I am zoomed out far further than I'd like normally. It was immediately off-putting when I started playing and now after like 10 hours in, it still bothers me. I think I know what the main problems are. Switch to icons at a much earlier zoom level When you zoom out the 3d models
Hi All, I've never played the Yor until yesterday and I am flummoxed. Can anyone suggest a good Yor strategy including Techs to research first, and which governments are well-suited to the Yor? Thank you, Richard
I have no idea why this happened. It did not happen when playing the Terrans. Here is the save game link at OneDrive: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArHiPrx6FEkziK4CDYoljAPLKxto4A?e=Li0eXB Thank you, Richard
New tooltips with delay control is great, but the tooltips are appearing under the cursor. So it is difficult to move between close together items (planets, citizens, etc), because I need to first scroll off of the tooltip.
Ditto. You beat me to it, AdamMG...
The Probe ships in the ship list are no longer numbered. If I try to change their names, the pop-up has a default ship name that looks like a database ID. In any case, I can't change the Probes' names: Thank you, Richard
Quoting PogueMahone1973, reply 3 "Changed turns to weeks" that's too bad. The whole idea of starting on one planet and building a galaxy spanning empire over a time span of 5 or 6 years has always been immersion breaking for me in this series. The rest of the changes sound great
I have six artifacts showing on the map screen. The left-most one does not show a tooltip when hovering over it. I had to look it up on an old GC3 Wiki. Thank you, Richard
