I keep getting the error, "the serial number you have entered is not recognized by impulse" as well as Product registration failed "the email address or serial number you have entered is not valid". (Ref :204)

i keep getting an error that says product registration failed, could this possibl be bcause the game hasn't been offically released? Is anyone else getting this error?
