Explorer dark theme (window background colour), Windows 10 1809 update in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

In order to get the explorer dark theme to work (background window colour) I have to use windows default theme. Please add an option to override Explorers background window colour in the skin or advanced settings. Thanks, JG

Is there any way to change the login "password" screen colour? I absolutely hate the default "Xbox 360" green. If not maybe you guys can add that option in a newer release of Decor8? Thanks, Jaime

Hi, When I log into store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, I'm missing the entire Object Desktop Ultimate suite. I've recently re-installed Windows 7 (after 3 years, lol) on my PC and now I have no way of installing Window Blinds or Icon Packager and so on. In advanced settings (UIS2/1 only) I unchecked "I want skins to be able to apply textures to the back of explorer windows" and the problem went away. I have know idea why that setting should have anything to do with rightclick renaming files/folders on the desktop but in my case it does. So now, unfortunatly, I don't get the full functionality of Window Blinds 7 and have to look at the default crappy white Explorer backgrounds. Hopefully this will get f

The only security software I use is ESET Smart Security Version 4.0.314.0, (purchased in March) all modules are current. I have to agree that some background process that affects the desktop itself must be incompatible with WB 7 or the other way around. I've downloaded Sysinternal's Process Explorer from MS, mabey it will shed some light on what's happening when the bug occurs. I'll be back [e digicons]|-)[/e]

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit OK, let me see if I can explain this so you will understand lol If I make a new file/folder on the desktop [or use an existing one] and right-click rename, the first time explorer.exe is only using around 20-30 megs of memory and CPU usage is normal, but if I right-click on the file/folder a second time and attempt to rename it explorer.exe imedeatly jumps to 50% CPU usage [dual core] and the memory jum

The previous driver (CAT 9.8) did the same thing. I can't use CAT 9.9 or 9.10 because my Radeon X1900XT is considered a legacy card, so I'm sorta limited in what I can use. If I go too far back I'll lose support for the newer games I have installed.

I'm getting some really choppy playback on some of the "Video Dreams" (not all of them). The ones that are running choppy are causing Explorer to use 100% of one of the CPU cores. I disabled all non Microsoft video codecs with the utility "InstalledCodec" but it made no difference. Video drivers (Legacy Cat 9.8) and DirectX (updated today) are current and up-to-date. Not sure what else to try, any ideas ? ..........BTW, the Dymanic Dreams seem to be running fin

Can't get explorer background textures to work, when applyed, explorer just stays at default background colour/texture.
