I'm having the same problem, and everything's up-to-date... :/
Supuhstar, on your prior post on this subject (https://forums.wincustomize.com/453225/page/1/#3455961), I suggested in reply #3 that you contact Stardock Support (). Have you done that?
I've found the network drive since then, thank you. I'm now able to manually install it to that drive, now I want to automate it.
I'm making a set of batch files to help me install or run my programs on a deep-frozen computer whenever I log in. How do I automatically install Fences to a network directory (say, //NDRIVE/User/Me/Programs/Fences ) via a .bat file?
Which version of Fences do you have? I ask because from Fences 2.1, network connection detection was added.
I have 2.12.0. Here's a screenshot of what I see: I want to install it to the H:\ drive I see in "Network Locations" in Computer, but it d
I'm trying to install Fences to a network drive, but it always claims the drive doesn't exist. How do I let it see the drive?
Sounds like more of a job for Windows Blinds 8
Agreed, it'd be nice to allow multiple instances.
In the next version, it'd be nice to see an option like the one for the start menu which synchronizes the lock image with the wallpaper.
I'm not sure if a transparant background is even possible but I do hope so!
They were able to pull off some form of transparency with WindowBlinds 5 for Windows XP, so I bet they can do it for Decor8 for Windows 8 :3
Is there an update on this time estimate?
I don't have RT, but I'd love to see this capability out there :3
Firstly, I love how every last Stardock product just works ! I've rarely, if ever, encountered any difficulties and this one is no exception. I love how fully-featured it already feels and that I can push every feature to its limits and it still looks and performs beautifully. That said, I want to make a suggestion: is it possible for you guys to use your expertise in skinning Windows to give an option to allow the background of the Start screen
If you are using the trial version only the included skins with pp frames will work. If purchased version, open WB config, system info tab, make sure never use pp borders is unchecked, if it is and your pp frames are not applying then you have an error in your skin. If you have full version but use the trial version first, did you uninstall trial before installing full version, for WB this is a must do.
YAY! It worked! Thanks, Cavan1!
If you apply PerPixel frames they will override UIS2 frames, except for childwindows in certain apps. And UIS2 frames should be in BMP for the preview in WB config.
I already know that! Ijust want to know HOW to apply them! Can't anyone understand that?! It's so simple a question! How do I apply Per-Pixel frames?!
The one being used is UIS2, bet the one in the previw window is PP. I want the one in the preview window.

I have, and they look much better in the preview in SkinStudio
I have the skin I made running in UIS2 mode, but prefer Per-Pixel. How do I do that?
