Another thought: werewolf: I found some skin files in: C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Data\RunTime\Skin\4429BF50-317B-11d4-BC0F-0050DA276194 There were a lot of bimaps that form the parts of the skin... I also found relevant looking files in: C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Data\Skin like 'Blues.ims' etc... (presumably .ims is "IncrediMail Skin") Hope that helps

Does anybody know how to create a skin for IncrediMail? I have seen some on their official site at www.incredimail.com but I havn't seen anybody else...
