IIRC it was linked to the fact that when saving a PS1 game on a PS2, the console would write the (PS1) BIOS as a part of the save block. Then using the ethernet connector and a tool on a PC

Plop, Building farms on tiles with food bonus is a bad idea (it's not stupid if you don't know). One farm without bonus is more than enough in 99.99% of the cases. Too many inhabitants on a planet decrease the moral (and so decrease the tax revenue from that planet) (there are some threads about the optimum population per planet) A newly colonized planet won't produce any positive income until some months, so stacking many fresh colonies will hurt your income pretty badl

I can't remember which one was the first, but I started with something like Arkanoïd, Dungeon Master, Lemmings, Prince of Persia, Gauntlet, etc... when I was 4/5/6 (in the late 80s) on the Atari ST "ican'trecallthenumberbutit'sstillintheatticworkingbutineedavideocable". Then I moved on Mac and discovered the one and only Civilization (256 colors, not the 16 colors version)
