That sounds hopeful, I'll be getting it for myself then. PBEM is about the only option for my friends that would be in to this kind of game as we never ever all have free time at the same time, so Im hoping it gets included soon.
I'm really liking the look of this game, will it be possible to play up to 16 players in a long-term play-by-e-mail game (like VGA Planets of old)? If so will bit also be possible to include AIs? If so I think I might be able to persuade my old gaming buddies to all get this together!
What's your handle? I play all times of night and day (I work shifts) but mostly evening european times. Im only a so-so player though, good in 1v1 and 2v2 pantheon but not so good in 3v3 or 4v4 custom.

How long did the last pantheon last? About 3 months? Well, by my reckoning this one'll take ~6 months to end, if ever, so that's how long a break Im taking from DG. Hope there is still anything of a community to come back to. TTFN.
I've been queueing for a Panth game with an average of 9 players now for about half an hour. No launches. This is less action than an MMO. This Pantheon will never end until the mods restart it, the favor points are just not being earned by either side. 1 mil isnt gonna happen til 2010. Please start a new Pantheon with teams divided either Light v Dark as before or better still just allow people to choose whatever DGs they like, as Skirmish used to be.
After taking a scalpal to my C drive and removing every even remotely associated file I have managed to re-install and it runs again, problem solved - phew!
I've played DG a lot and have had relatively few technical issues, but recently I tried rebinding some of the keys and the game crashed. When I restarted it was stuck on the options screen rather than the main menu and I couldnt do anything, I have tried verifiying using Stardock, then uninstalling and reinstalling via stardock then uninstalling via windows and reinstlling from disk, but even this doesnt fix the problem. Is there some way I can uninstall properly and re-install as
A good thing, confirming what many of us suspected all along. I was ranked 1 in Skirmish and 10 overall, and I don't think I'm that good. Exactly how things are now doesnt matter so much as a week or two form now once it starts to settle down, although it is kinda wrong if inactive players outrank active players. EXP should be set to 100 until at least one game in any current "season" (for want of a better word for it) is played.
A few times I've seen Oak and Rook on Dark side in Pantheon, how is this done?
It takes less than a minute to work out if you are with AIs vs real players or if there is a lag monster in the game. Too many pantheon games get /quitted in under three minutes because the noobs are losing. Seriously, if I can get to level 4 and either controll all the neutral flags or make a kill then the game is well under way and my opponents shouldnt have the option to just pretend it didnt happen. I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this! Phew! Same problem for me, my pings to some players have been in the 800s but to others have been a much more normal 130ish for the last 24 hours or so. I cant tell if it's proxy connections as I tend to play in Skirmish and Pantheon where it doesnt seem to tell you the types of connection, but this would explain it. Hi, I won my last two Skirmish games but they are listed as N/A, is this a bug? In both cases one player RQ when he failed to get an early kill as UB then his partner (presumably) conceded and the game ended as a win for my team, but when I look them up they are listed as "N/A" the same as custom games or games that were pre-patch. Today I won a 2v2 Conquest skirmish on Zikurat (all human players) where my ally bought preists instead of economy 1 at WR3. We won with myself at level 13, my partner at lvl 12 and both opponents at lvl 20. We did die more times than them but over the course of the game I scored 1 kill against each of them. But if it's a 3v3 game then why isnt there a 3rd AI player on my side? Seriously, this was a game with only 2 DGs on one side.
OK, twice now I have been matched up in a pair vs a trio in Pantheon. I sure as heck aint that good a player, my win rate is about 20% so...WTF? I need practice not repeated drubbings. In the last game my partner quit within 60 secs and frankly I can't blame him, the following 40 mins of 3 v 1 was pretty much a waste of time.
