Reply to Charging a fee?? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I buy the Windows Blinds program from a local store, and I only got version 3.0 and I cannot get the updates because I am not registered with the website... and I have tried to find where I do that. Also...where are the 100 themes as advertized on the box at ? I already paid $29.95 for the program and try to browse themes and all I get is "Server Busy". Is this program really worth the trouble? To top that, I have to pay an additional $20 for the website so I can get the promised 100 themes
