Well I originally thought that was the problem too. So I uninstalled the game, deleted the My Documents\My Games\PolMachine2008 folder and re-installed again. Still no luck. No Huckabee, Kucinich or Gravel on the game, and still the same issues. I can't figure it out.
Ok, so I'm an idiot. I made the mistake of trying to edit the candidate files and made some mistakes. One of my pre-existing candidates no longer has a face unfortunately. Anyway, I figured I would just uninstall the game and then reinstall it and it would be back to the original, default setup with all the standard candidates. Well, it didn't turn out that way.
