Can't imagine that no one else is experiencing this? For example, start a campaign with Bill Clinton and look at his "high gas prices" rating in Arkansas (-25) and where the topic stands on the national top ten list. Now create a tv ad "OPPOSING high gas prices" and see what happens. When I create an ad in any given state the effects are totally contrary to what should happen. E.g. if I create an ad "pro social security" in Florida my ratings on that particular item drop whereas they should get higher. Moreover the topic doesn't move up the table of nationally important topics if it's a TV ad - instead it moves down. I would like to know if other players experience the same "problem" and what stardock has to say about it.
