Currently, you can edit custom candidates that you make in TPM, but you can't change any of the prexisting candidates that come with the game, like Obama, McCain, Palin, etc. I'd like to tinker around with their issues and statistics (especially for some of these candidates that don't even have stances on issues) but currently, that option is grayed-out. This is particularly egredious for McCain and Obama, who both have very weird policy stances which extend beyond the normal maxi
