Can Someone Please help ME in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hello, I recently failed to backup my Sins folder correctly before I changed from XP to Vista. I purchased digital download and don't have a disc to reinstall the game...but I do have my Serial Number. Please is there someway i can redownload the game without repurchasing the game?
