Game Crash/Freeze Random on XP in Technical Sins Forums

Intel Pentium 4 HT (2.8GHZ) 512 DDR2 Ram Windows XP Home Edition NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 The game for my friend with these system specs are crashing. He's on a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5150) and the game freezes randomly for no apparent reason. The game's music will continue to play non loop however. Any ideas?
