Thanks SS. That seems to have been the problem, though I don't understand why the extra CP points made it through. Does this mean that if I ever want to use a modded custom race I must ensure that it is not in the My Games area already? Thanks again.
I have been trying to modify a race but am having trouble in the implementation and am looking for some help. I am attempting to change the basic race values in the RaceConfig.xml file but they never seem to register. Specifically, I have not been able to change the logistics, miniturization, any other race value or any of the starting techs. The only thing that I have been able to successfully modify is th points allocated for customization. I first thought it may be due to the fact that
