Purchase of Sins of a Solar Empire in TG.Net Help Stardock Forums

I recently purchased Sins of a Solar Empire. I started by going to the games official website where I chose the option to buy the game in "download + retail box" version. When I use my Stardock.come Store account it says I purchased the game... however I have not receive the serial number or any emails at all from Stardock. Is this delay normal?
