These are the effects that a particular answer on a talk show has. 5 This shifts the Candidates stance on the issue in question with the “Right Party” +5. So if the question was about tax cuts, and your stance was 5, it be raised to 10. In the eyes of the “Right” This is done for all the partys, sepperatly because a answer can hurt you with some and help you with others. <R_StateMod_Pos PartyID="Rig

One more thing, If a state already has a majority of your party, (Republican / Texas) (Demarcate / New York). Just like in reel politics it dose not pay to pander to the other side, it will hurt you with your party, and do you almost no good with the opposing party. So in this case you take the Bush 04 tactic and get as many of those people out to vote for you as possible. If they don’t know you (Awareness) or don’t believe in your stance on the issues you can lose those states simply by playing

Also, spend most of the early game building up your awareness. Build as many HQ's as you can afford, the normal HQ's will start bring in money, so you don’t have to spend so much effort on Fundraising. A good role of thumb is to focus on awareness for the first half of the game, this is to make sure everyone knows you, then focus on the issues the second half.

Have you reported your crash? I have not had a crash on any of my machines for months? What is happening when it crashes?

The Problem with making a game based on real data is that we end up unbalanced statistics. I know people are saying the game leans right, but the truth is that because we use real world data, the game is actually biased to the Democrats. At the moment is much easier to win on normal difficulty or above as a Demarcate. It is much more difficult to win as a Republican. <SPAN style="FON

You just need to add Polmachine, and Directplay to the Exceptions list, and The SP2 Firewall should be good to go.

If get a level 3 HQ in a state and look at the state Details window, you will see that even things that everyone supports can very greatly. Dems can suport the war on Terror, but only a bit, while the Reps are Greatly supportive. At some point if you only campaign on this you get diminishing returns and end up spending alot of money. Your best bet is to play lots of issues and not harp on any one. Also, Its sad to say, but this (And I mean th

These are good points, however, in more closely played games "Nagitive adds" can make a big differance, as well as playing up smaller issue. If your oppnant is Harping on Jobs, and Terror. You onece they have all the votes on that issue you can pick them to death with smaller issues. And make them more importatnt. Forceing your opponant to respond to them, or lose the state. In short, althogh is seamse like all you have to do is harp on the o

A quick guide to Ads is this. (And I am not the best player in the world) First thing first. If you place any kind of add you make that issue more important in that state. So if you say "I favor Tax Cuts" Tax Cuts become more important in that state. And you "Positive" value on that issue goes up. However if everyone in that state is against Tax Cuts, you just made them care more about it. And they go "I'm not voting for him, he want

The states being called wrong was had to do with some of the none customizable personal issuses being set to 0. This has been fixed in this build. As for the other 2 issues, I think they are taken care off as well.
