Unless I'm not understanding the mechanic, political advertisements are not working right as the game progress. Here's the sanity test I just did for myself before posting: Playing an epic game. This occurred week 76/121. Flew my custom candidate to PA to drop a TV add about how I want to reduce unemployment. Created the advertisement successfully and got the little notice across the scroll bar at the top. The money was deducted from my campaign.
