Creating Custom Race wiped out Built in Race in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I did a search before I posted this, but I didn't see anything like the problem I have. I bought GalCiv 2 Gold last week and recently updated to the latest version. I selected the Terran Alliance, and decided to change the name of the leader to my own. I started the game and noticed my neighbor was the Terran Alliance!
