GalCiv3 ForumsHi guys, Just wondering if anyone else out there has had this problem: In ver. 1.3 each time I try to create my 35th colony the game jumps my income, research and manufacturing up by ca. 35k. [and change, it is not exactly 35,000] While I admit that this is handy, its not really fair. This happens no matter what colonizer I use, even if I use an alien one. It will happen if I create the 35 colony and then delete it on subsequent turns. It happens with a
