Actually upon looking at my CC statement I can't find where Impulse ever actually charged anything to my account. Hmm, i got the confirmation email regarding the order. Maybe it just hasn't posted yet, I dunno. And the 'retreive serials' link does return some serials, but is flakey/selective on the ones it sends. Only about 5 of the 23 real (non-duplicate/free) products have serials. Of course Settlers 7 wasn't on there... and it is probably the only second I've ever

Can't retreive second serial I bought in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

My goal was to buy an additional serial number for the wife. So I go to the website and complete the purchase without using my login information expecting a handy serial included in the email. Well it wasn't there. The email I used was the same email I have on my primary account, so when i try to retreive the serial from the website it only lists the one.
